From major lenders like Diablo Funding Group of California, Union Planters Bank, Homeside and AmeriNational Mortgage to small broker shops of just a few employees, we have delivered quality training in the relaxed environment that your students are accustomed to. We are confident that you will be extremely pleased with the attention to detail we provide each and everyone from your company. Tuition fees are based on number of employees expected to attend. We offer two types of Private Training as well as Consultation. Private Training Classes fall into two categories as follows: 1) Private - Standard Class, and 2) Private - Custom Class. See the pricing below for exact rates on Private Standard Classes. Private Custom Classes and Consultation are quoted based on exact needs and requirements. Expenses from Dallas / Fort Worth to your site, as well as food and lodging in your city, are additional.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Please be advised that, due to the nature of our business, client demand, operational logistics, and facility requirements, we typically schedule both training seminar and consulting appointment dates anywhere from 90 to 120 days out. Our time, training programs and consulting expertise are our “product”, and the only thing we have to sell. Should a client book a date, subsequently pay for that date as payment policy dictates, or book a date and have payment pending, and then choose to cancel the appointment for any reason, we will make a good faith effort to reschedule the cancelled dates with other clients who may want to move up on our schedule, or who are able to schedule on shorter notice. If we are able to reschedule those dates, we will refund the tuition paid, less 15% as a cost of processing. However, if (1) the cancellation occurs MORE than 30 days prior to the scheduled date and we are unable to reschedule with another client, we will refund 50 percent of the client fees; and (2) If the cancellation occurs LESS than 30 days prior to the scheduled date and we are unable to reschedule with another client, we do not refund the client fees and if the client has not paid the pending charges then all pending charges are still due and payable. We scheduled the original dates in good faith, and when cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, it is extremely difficult to fill the abandoned date on such short notice, and realistically, we generally lose any meaningful opportunity to sell the original dates to another client, which causes an unrecoverable loss of revenue as a result of the cancellation.
