Cancellation Policy: By returning this registration form we agree to the following: If a written request for cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to class date, a 50% refund will be made, otherwise a credit will be provided for attendance at any Advanced Performance Training Seminar: A fee of $35.00 will be imposed for a returned check. If a registrant fails to cancel within the stated guidelines above, the registrant shall receive no refund, but shall be entitled to attend an approved seminar at a later date.Should a registrant or his employer fail to pay tuition, and subsequently fail to attend and pay upon arrival for the seminar for which he/she reserved a place, an expense reimbursement fee of $85.00 per registrant is due and payable to Advanced Performance Training within five (5) days of the class reserved by the registrant.
